We have an upcoming DBT skills group on Emotion Regulation starting on Tuesday, December 13th for Adults!

In this group, members will learn how to skillfully deal with mild to intense emotions in an effective way by noticing them before reacting to them, learning to manage them by tolerating them, and then choosing with empowerment how to respond to them.
