Most of the exposures I’ve done are working pretty well! I’ve gotten rid of lots of my habits, but I wish there were more than two different exposure types, because on one of my OCD habits that I was working on, I tried both exposure types and they didn’t exactly work the way I wanted it to. Overall, I think that the ideas are well thought, and they work well for me.
