We are thrilled for Dr. Z to begin teaching her 6-week training course on how to provide Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP) and Emotion Regulation Training (ERT) through an ACT lens. It starts next month, May 1st, from 10:30am to 12:30pm PDT, and meets weekly until April 5th. There is still time to sign up, and CE credits are available for those who attend “live.”

 

The first three weeks will be focused on super-feelers and various core skills to teach clients who feel too much, too fast. The latter three weeks will transition to OCD and anxiety, and how to provide ACT- and values-based exposures.
