For clinicians: Upcoming 6-week training with Dr. Z

We are very excited to share that Dr. Z will be teaching a 6-week, 12-hour online course on integrating ACT with Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Emotion Regulation Training (ERT). This course will start on October 17th, and take place every Wednesday from 1:30 to 3:30 EDT (10:30 to 12:30pm PST).

 

This training is best intended for any mental health professionals working with clients struggling with OCD, anxiety, or emotion regulation issues. Dr. Z will walk through in the first 3 weeks how to approach emotion dysregulation issues in an ACT-consistent way using ERT. The latter 3 weeks are targeted at OCD and other anxiety disorders, focusing on integrating values-based exposures from ERP and ACT.
