Did your kid come up with an instruction manual so you know how to respond to every situation that shows up when parenting? Quite likely not. Parenting is hard, and it’s harder if your teen is struggling with anxiety because most of the time, you don’t know what’s going on, you just seem them struggling. In this 90-minute interactive workshop there are three things you will learn: (1) different types of anxiety your teen maybe dealing with; (2) what can you do to make things better for your teen; and (3) what are you doing that makes things worst for your teen. There is no such thing as perfect parenting behavior but there is a thing named committed parenting.

Come join us on January 17th to hear Dr. Z present on the do’s and don’ts when your teens are dealing with anxiety. This will be a practical, focused talk that will equip you with tools and ideas of concrete strategies and directions to go with your teen.

“True confession: I procrastinate! With The ACT Workbook for the Anxious Procrastinator, Dr. Z. helped me understand what drives my procrastination, and gave me practical tools to break the pattern.

This workbook goes beyond a surface-level approach to procrastination, addressing the deeper internal barriers, so we procrastinators can finally make real progress on those aa, looming tasks.”

– Dr. Debbie Sorensen, Ph.D.
