negativefeelings, emotions, feedback

Emotions or feelings, both positive and negative, are bits of important feedback for us, they’re telling us something and we can choose to listen to them, fight them, or avoid them.

Here is a very interesting article about emotions and feelings on the Wall Street Journal titled “Why You Need Negative Emotions.” According to the author, Elizabeth Bernstein, “the goal isn’t to banish the feeling but to harness it for positive transformation.”

Releasing our aversion to negative emotions will help us see the value in them. We can learn a great deal from our negative feelings!
