November is “Movember” according to the Movember Foundation, a charity focused on men’s physical and mental health! Movember is a beautiful time to grow out a mustache, donate to the cause and spread awareness of men’s health.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarming high, especially in men: we lose one man to suicide in the world every minute if the day! And 3/4 suicides are by men. We can decrease these disconcerting numbers through mustaches that start conversations about men’s health, mental health, education, community activism and sharing stories. Read more here.
